T-minus 30 seconds to history. 🚀🌕 NASA has officially completed the "Countdown Demonstration Test" for Artemis II , the mission that will send humans around the Moon for the first time in 50 years. On December 20, the crew (Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, Christina Koch, and Jeremy Hansen) treated it like the real thing: * The Suit Up: They donned their orange Orion Crew Survival Systems suits. * The Ride: They took the "Astro Van" to the Vehicle Assembly Building where the SLS rocket is waiting.
